We offer standard shipping to all orders within the continental U.S. (7-10 business days) covering the 48 contiguous states. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, it takes 3-7 business days to prepare your order, followed by 7-10 business days for standard shipping. If you choose expedited shipping, the shipping time will be 3-5 business days (not including production time, though we prioritize expedited orders). Please note that during holidays, our production time may vary.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to be shipped. Please keep in mind that due to customization, orders may take 3-7 business days to process before they are shipped. After receiving the email, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. Delivery dates may be affected by weather conditions or holidays.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we gladly accept international orders! The production time remains the same, and shipping fees vary depending on your location. Depending on your country, additional customs duties may apply.

Returns & Refunds
At Projerseycustom, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality jerseys and custom designs. While we strive for excellence, we understand that mistakes can happen. In the rare event of an issue with your order, we are here to resolve it quickly and easily.
1. Quality Issues and ReturnsIf you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either remaking the product or offering a partial or full refund, depending on your preference. We value clear communication and will do our best to quickly resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
2. Return and Refund TimeframeAll after-sales issues must be addressed within 30 days of receiving your order.
During busy holiday seasons, we may extend this processing time, but we will ensure that all concerns are handled as promptly as possible.
3. Refund ProcessingRefunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned item. The exact timeframe for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Order CancellationsIf you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this period may incur a $15 restocking fee per customized item, as production may have already begun.
Each personalized item is unique, and a $15 customization fee applies to each item in your order.

Our “We Get It Right” GuaranteeIf any items in your order have significant differences from the final design (such as print or embroidery issues) or are printed on the wrong product, we will remake the items or offer a full or partial refund, depending on your preference. If we are unable to correct the issue, we will accept the return for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned items.
6. DisclaimerAll sales are final 30 days after receipt of your order.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been altered from their original condition, including items modified for resale.
